Right of Cancellation

You have the right to cancel this agreement within fourteen days without indicating a reason.The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the merchandise.To exercise your right of cancellation, please fill out the return slip and enclose it with the returned merchandise.

Consequences of Cancellation
If you choose to cancel this agreement, we will refund all payments made for the canceled merchandise; we must receive the latter from you without delay, no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this agreement Any delivery costs (including possible additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different method of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) are excluded from the refund.

We use the same payment method used for the original transaction to process refunds. We may refuse to provide a refund until we have received the merchandise or you have provided proof that you have returned the merchandise, whichever occurs earlier.
Please ensure that the merchandise is returned to the address stated on the return slip without delay, and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notified us of the cancellation.

The deadline is considered met once you have sent the merchandise, before the end of the fourteen-day period. We do not refund additional costs incurred for return shipping. Compensation for the loss in value of the merchandise must only be paid if this loss in value is due to your handling the merchandise in a way that is not necessary for verifying the condition, features, and functionality of the merchandise.
